Our Guarantee

We won't ship any part that we wouldn't put on our own cars. If, for any reason, the products don't live up to your expectations, let us know and we'll make it right. 

Of all the orders that we've shipped, we've had two customers experience breakages when installing a part, and one part that was damaged during shipping. 

Our guarantee is this: if a part is broken during installation, through user error or for any reason whatsoever - we will replace it for the cost of shipping. Simply send a picture to sales@mtafab.com showing the damage. We'll ship a replacement component ASAP. 

If a part is damaged in shipping, send us a picture and we'll send you a replacement free of charge. If you receive a damaged package, it would be best to take a picture before opening it so that we can open an insurance claim with the carrier. 

It is important to remember that no 3D-printed part will ever be quite as strong as its injection-molded equivalent. While we have had less than a 1% failure rate during installation, life happens. We've all been there. If there's an issue, contact us and we'll figure out the best way to resolve the situation.
